I’ve just uploaded two sets of photos.

The first set is of Abel Tasman National Park (at the top of the South Island) where Lydia and I went for our honeymoon (we stayed at Awaroa Lodge). The sand is golden and the sea is a beautiful emerald colour making it a stunning part of New Zealand.

Equally beautiful is Mt Aspiring National Park which features in this second set of photos (these were taken around Otago and Southland. After Abel Tasman, we stayed some nights in Queenstown before heading to Lydia’s parent’s farm in Southland.

I did joke about it once, but I just received an email from Yahoo! about their NZ Yahoo!Xtra competition asking for permission to exhibit this photo at the Art Lounge at the Auckland Art Gallery, from 06 March - 09 March 08.
This is part of the message:

Not quite a permanent placement in the art gallery, but it’s a start ;) Hopefully someone will take a photo (of my photo) as I’m not going to be in Auckland then…
